Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will help find the best solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, Pure Potions is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the carrier.
